In the finale\, however\, the judges don’t vote at all. For the first time this season\, the outcome is determined 100% by the audience. \nBelow is everything you need to know about how voting works in the finale — including how the final episode will unfold\, and how viewers at home will decide the winner. \nHow to Vote IN THE Star search FINALE\n\nReal-time voting is a brand-new feature on Netflix — and for the Star Search finale on Feb. 17\, it puts you in the judge’s seat. Here’s how it works. \nIn the finale\, the competition unfolds across nine moments for viewers at home to vote. \nHere’s how it breaks down: \nThe episode begins with four head-to-head challenges between the eight champions advancing from Episodes 7 and 8. Viewers score each performer on a five-star scale — one vote per performer\, for a total of eight votes. \nFrom there\, the four top-scoring champions move on to a final multiple-choice vote. Viewers will make one last selection to determine the winner. \nAll told: nine chances to vote — and no judges’ scores in the finale.
