Malibu, California, USA, August 4, 2026 — Mentalist duo James Harrington and Marina Liani who are also known in the world of magic as Mind2Mind, advanced to the America’s Got Talent Season 21 Live Shows after a Judges’ Callback performance at Mel B’s home, where guest judge Emma Bunton, Mel B’s former Spice Girls bandmate, became the centerpiece of the routine.
James & Marina were one of six acts Mel B called back for a second look and were joined that evening by Bunton, reuniting Scary Spice and Baby Spice at the judges’ table.
A Routine Built on Two Minds, Two Rooms
Ahead of the performance, James Harrington and Marina Liani asked Mel B to gather roughly a dozen personal items from around her house. During the routine, Harrington held Bunton’s phone while Liani correctly identified its battery percentage and a dog pictured as its wallpaper.
Liani then moved outside to a field beyond the house, blindfolded, while Harrington held each of the items Mel B had gathered, with Liani correctly identifying them one by one from a distance.

The routine closed with Harrington and Emma working together while Marina guided Mel who selected a Polaroid photo of an AGT crew member from a group Harrington had taken the day before, holding it between her hands. An attempt was made to transfer the information from Mel B to Emma, who correctly received the name on the photo: Leo.
Mel B selected James & Marina advance to the Live Shows that night, Along with singing acts Bety and Butter & Grit.
